Today brings forth challenges and the need to find your inner strength and resolve. You may feel pulled in opposite directions and uncertain of whom to trust or where to go. Do you have to decide? If the lack of decision is what’s causing the stress, then you may want to charge ahead boldly without looking back just to move past the experience, knowing that it doesn’t define you. But if you don’t need to choose or take clear action yet, and it’s the pressure that’s dampening your spirit, release the need to do anything in particular. Allow yourself to silence those critics and pestering voices that are forcing what you can see is an arbitrary deadline. Your inner world may feel like a giant thunderstorm, but once you move past that initial wall of storm and rain, a sanctuary awaits inside. Find that inner refuge (for my Explorers on Patreon, take time to connect with your anchor light) and let yourself float on the surface, buoyed by the waves but not drowning.
