Decisions, decisions, decisions. It feels non-stop and unending, or perhaps you’ve been putting things off. Whereas there was a call to fully pause and delay if you could or, if you couldn’t, act with urgency to just move on, today encourages you to look at the big picture. What’s the long game? What’s the end result? Things still feel bigger than the individual—that hasn’t changed—so some decisions may be happening to you rather than your making decisions, but it moves you into a position to write your own future. Take that responsibility seriously. What does your desired future look like for you? Get real. Get specific. It will be easy to lose yourself to fantasy, which can be useful in helping you not only imagine but also feel and embody the real experience of vague future manifestations. Get out of abstractions and put pen to paper. Feel it. Record it. Move ahead with it. Even for those who feel the day is largely out of your hands, it can a time for meeting your future self and getting to know them. What will you enact for yourself to make that future known?
